1. Service-Based Refunds

Due to the nature of consulting services—which involve time, effort, and expertise—we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced or been delivered.

However, in specific cases, a partial or full refund may be considered if:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed in the signed contract or scope of work.

  • You cancel the service before we have started working on your project.

Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • If the client changes their mind after the service has started.

  • Delays or issues caused by incomplete or unclear information provided by the client.

  • If the client fails to provide necessary feedback or approval in a timely manner, causing project delays or cancellations.

  • For services already completed and delivered.
