You cancel the service before we have started working on your project.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
If the client changes their mind after the service has started.
Delays or issues caused by incomplete or unclear information provided by the client.
If the client fails to provide necessary feedback or approval in a timely manner, causing project delays or cancellations.
For services already completed and delivered.
